148th Freehold Memorial Day Parade on Monday, May 30th! The parade will begin with a flag draped caisson at 9:45 and followed by the rest of the parade at 10:00. Cheer on our veterans organizations, youth sports teams, scouts, and community organizations as we pay tribute to the fallen heroes of the United States.
The parade will begin at the corner of Brinkerhoff Ave. and Main Street, proceed down Main Street to Broadway and will take a left onto Murray Street. It will then take a left onto Schank Street and proceed up to Monument Street were it will take a right turn before taking a left into the parking lot of the Monmouth County Courthouse.
This is a RAIN or SHINE event, although Chairman Alice McCobb would happily tell you “It DOESN’T RAIN on my parade!”
