About The Band:
Formed with a mission to bring the electrifying essence of Santana’s live performances closer to you, our band celebrates the iconic sound of Carlos Santana. As a legendary Mexican-American guitarist, Santana soared to fame in the late 1960s and early 1970s with his namesake band, Santana. They broke new ground with a revolutionary blend of rock and Latin American jazz. Hits like “Black Magic Woman” and “Oye Como Va” became synonymous with his name. The 1990s saw a resurgence with his “Supernatural” album, featuring chart-toppers like “Smooth” and “Maria Maria.”
If you’re a music lover who enjoys grooving to the rhythm, we invite you to join us. Our group consists of experienced musicians, each driven by a deep passion for Santana’s music. Founded by percussionist Richard Rodriguez, formerly of The Nerds, our vision was clear: to assemble the finest musicians who share a fervent appreciation for Santana’s work and to perform his music with unparalleled zeal and fidelity. Join us in this musical journey that promises to be both thrilling and unforgettable.
