Irish Week

With multiple events going on, our Downtown Freehold Irish Week definitely brings people out of the cold winter blues and into the feeling that Spring is right around the corner!

To participate in the St. Patrick’s Day Parade as a business, organization, or group, please fill out the form below and return it to the Freehold Boro Arts Council at 1 Broad Street, Freehold, NJ 07728. For more information, contact jeff@downtownfreehold.com

The parade route this year is packed with tons of fun and Irish tradition, as participants will march from McLean Street to the Elk’s Lodge. Thank you Freehold Borough Arts Council, the Ancient Order of Hibernians Div 16, the FBPD, Freehold Colombian Club, Freehold Elks and many others for making this all possible.

A very special thank you to the Freehold Borough Police Department.

The parade will assemble at McLean Street starting at 11:30 and the parade kicks-off at 12:30pm!
Please Park in Borough and other Public Parking Lots. Please do not park in private lots.

5:30 pm – 8:00 pm

$25.00 per-person

A unique tour of Downtown Freehold’s venerable restaurants, bars, and shops held over two days. Participants walk from place to place with their “Shamrock Passport” used as a guide of where to go. Everyone will receive signature samples from some of Freehold’s most loved establishments. There will also be bagpipers performing to establish a festive atmosphere.
