This Return and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all merchandise, event and concert tickets, and sponsorships purchased through The Freehold Center Management Corporation / DowntownFreehold.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.
1. No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any merchandise, event tickets, concert tickets, or sponsorships purchased through our website or at any of our events, except as expressly stated in this Policy.
2. Event Tickets and Cancellation
Cancellations by Event Organizer: If an event or concert is canceled by us and cannot be rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered a refund for the face value of the ticket. The refund method and any conditions will be communicated to ticket holders at the time of cancellation.
Rescheduled Events: If an event is rescheduled, your original ticket(s) will typically be honored on the new date. No refunds will be provided unless the event cannot be rescheduled.
No Other Refunds: We do not provide refunds or exchanges for event or concert tickets if you cannot attend the event, fail to show up, or for any other personal reasons.
3. Merchandise Sales
All merchandise sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and no refunds will be issued once a merchandise order is placed. Please carefully review your selection before completing your purchase.
4. Sponsorships
Sponsorships are non-refundable. Once a sponsorship agreement is confirmed and payment is received, no refunds will be issued. Any benefits associated with the sponsorship will be provided as outlined in the sponsorship agreement.
5. Non-Transferability
Tickets, merchandise, and sponsorships are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
